EVP Bad Ass Drive Belts for 2016-'23 Polaris RZR S 1000

DESCRIPTION

WORLD'S BEST (WB) BELTS

  • Manufacturing, quality control certifications =-ISO-14001, ISO-9001, and IATF-16949
  • 3rd Generation heavy-duty, high-twist Aramid Fiber cord for high-horsepower tensile load requirements, making it one of the strongest belts on the market.
  • Higher shock load rating to date being able to withstand the power of the 400hp machines.
  • Increased top cog pressure load design that increases sidewall rigidity, prevents top cog bowing, but still allows for increased rotational flexibility.
  • Bottom cog uses high-modulus rubber compound (BZX1) for better heat resistance and heat dissipation.
  • Bottom cog is impregnated with short Aramid Fibers for better belt-to-sheave adhesion and reduced overall belt temperature.
  • Latest bottom cog design for greater rotational efficiency at full shift.
  • Precision ground sidewall angle (SCUFFING) for smooth engagement, increased power transfer and lower operating belt temperature.
  • Aramid Fiber cord, versus polyester, wraps over bottom cogs for increased bottom cog strength.
  • Increased cord pop-out resistance.

EXTREME (EX) BELTS:

  • EX belts have been developed with a high-temperature compound called DUMAX for added strength, flexibility, and heat resistance.
  • Ultra-strong Aramid Fiber cord that can handle/carry more than 10,000 pounds of tension without stretching or breaking.
  • Higher strength compared to OEM and aftermarket drive belts
  • Delivers exceptional 'belt squeeze' for more tuning possibilities and less slippage.
  • Maximum under-cord stiffness allows the belt to flex for rotational efficiency and cooler running temperatures
  • Built for high temps, extreme abuse, and excessive shock load.

MUD MONSTER BELTS:

  • Higher strength compared to OEM and aftermarket drive belts.
  • Mud Monster belts have been developed with the 2nd Generation compound called DUMAX2 for added strength, flexibility, and heat resistance.
  • You can squeeze this belt a lot harder for more tuning possibilities and less slippage.
  • Maximum under-cord stiffness allows the belt to flex for rotational efficiency and running cooler temperatures.
  • Built thicker, when possible, for more belt to sheave adhesion.
  • Built for extreme abuse, and excessive shock load.
  • Handles higher temps than OEM.
  • Built with a high twist Aramid fiber cord to eliminate stretching.
  • Made in the USA!

    What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover any damage or failure not caused by a defect in material or workmanship. See table below for examples.

    • Improper use or operating conditions
    • Clutching issues or mechanical malfunctions
    • Heat damage or belt wear
    • Improper installation or break-in

    Drive Belt Failures

    Hour Glassing

    Hour Glassing

Description: A narrow or worn section in the center of the belt.

Cause: When the drive clutch is spinning and the belt remains stationary.

    Status: Not Warrantied

    Cord Pop Out

    Cord Pop Out

Description: When the center cord separates from the belt.

    Cause: Improper bonding.

    Status: Warrantied

    Flex Crack

    Flex Crack

Cause: The belt was bent/flexed improperly.

    Status: Not Warrantied

    Glazing

    Glazing

Description: The sides of the belt look shiny and overheated.

Cause: Belt slippage, overheating from improper clutching and/or abuse.

    Status: Not Warrantied

    Tearing

    Tearing

Description: The drive belt appears to have hit something and is starting to tear or has torn.

Cause: Worn or damaged clutches causing the clutches not to shift properly. Excessive use of brakes or jumping. The belt will bow and can catch the inner clutch housing.

    Status: Not Warrantied

    Delamination

    Delamination

Description: Separation of the belt layers.

Cause: Improper bonding of the belt layers.

    Status: Warrantied

    Broken Belt

    Broken Belt

Cause: Shock loading the belt will cause breakage. Driving at high speeds (overdrive) for long periods of time. Excessive engagement RPM. Improper gear ratio, clutch center-to-center distance. Jammed or locked drivetrain.

    Status: Not Warrantied

    Disintegration

    Disintegration

Description: The drive belt has separated into pieces.

Cause: Can be caused by different belt conditions such as hour glassing, glazing, flex cracks, or misalignment. Plugged or restricted air intake to clutch housing.

Excessive heat build-up is the main cause of disintegration.

    Status: Not Warrantied
